Production facilities
Complete and modern the production facilities to produce silos, LPG tanks, carbon steel vessels, INOX steel vessels, fire fighting systems, autoclaves, filter, activated carbon adsorbers.
Among production machines we mark up: sheet metal cutter, bending machine, pantograph NC cutter, welding machines, stations of submerged arc welding, croppers, punching machines, drills, milling cutters, sandblasting, metallization and painting.
Hereafter main production machines:
- Sheet metal cutter: useful length 3000 mm, maximum thickness 8 mm;
- NC metal bending machine: useful length 4000 mm, maximum thickness 8 mm;
- Plate bending machine (for cone and cylinders): useful range from 3000 mm maximum length, maximum thickness 20 mm;
- NC pantograph cutter (plasma and oxygen lance): useful range from 5000X1500 mm, maximum thickness 100 mm;
- Welding machines TIG, MIG-MAG, submerged arc, electric welders;
- N. 4 stations of submerged arc welding with manipulators and positioning rolls with carrying capacity up to 80 t;
- Croppers, punching machines, drills, milling cutters;
- Facilities for sandblasting, metallization and painting with dryer for useful dimensions up to 6600 mm high and 4000 mm diameter;
Handling of products is carried out with bridge cranes: N. 3 bridge 5 t crane, N. 2 bridge 10 t crane, N. 4 bridge 12,5 t cranes, electric forklift and movable 15 t crane.All production means and facilities are in compliance with rules into force.
