Production and sale of tank fire system
Monoblock system for fire extinguishing is the most convenient solution for easiness and speed of installation.
Monoblock systems are offered by Fiore Technologies in several solutions: underground tank fire system, underground Monoblock plus for underground installation complete of service room, Monoblock system with horizontal structure for above ground installation, Monoblock system with vertical structure for above ground installation.
Monoblock tank fire system for underground installation is made of a technical room and a water tank integrated in one structure complete of all accessories with pump fire group.
Dimensions of pump group and of accessories of Monoblock system are different according to use and request of installation: number of pumps and power of pumps, available motor pump, optional and special accessories. Very important is to check the overall dimensions of pumps group to be installed in the selected tank fire system.
Monoblock system can be adapted in variousconfigurations according to Customer needs: technical room can be realized in bigger dimensions for installation of special pump groups or special accessories. Monoblock system can accept the installation of foam extinguisher systems.
The technical room of Monoblock system for underground installation have an inspection opening complete of movable protection grate, vertical access stair, walkable basement with pump group, starting tank for pumps, filling water kit, air duct, emergency lights with electrical board, cable inlet, drain pump, fire resistant painting on request.
The water tank of the Monoblock system for underground installation have inspection opening complete of movable protection grate, filling kit, breather pipe and overflow pipe. On request are available connections to the technical room and to the water tank with hinged covering.
Monoblock system plus for tank fire system for underground installation is the evolution of Monoblock system. Monoblock system plus feature improved access and easiness during inspection and maintenance.
Monoblock system plus has three sectors: water tank, technical room with pump group and service room with stair to access to Monoblock directly from outside.
The stair is installed according to rules UNI 10803 and UNI 10804. The service rooms are painted internally with epoxy and separated from the technical room with fire barrier door. Additional roof available on request.
Monoblock system for horizontal above round installation are similar to underground installation. Monoblock for above ground installation feature a different external painting with painting against weather conditions. The access to technical room is with safety door.
Monoblock system for vertical above round installation is suggested to reduce the area of installation. Vertical above ground fire fighting systems grand the same performances of underground systems.Monoblock systems for vertical above round installation are painted with weather resistant paintings.
