Fiore Technologies apply water based epoxy paint, polyurethane paint, polyamide paint, surface treatment of silos

Painting

Fiore Technologies takes care personally of the painting of tanks and vessels.

The Company is able to perform several type of finishing processes: epoxy paint, polyurethane paint, polyamide paint, water based paint and carry out the surface treatment to prepare the surfaces before coating.

For chemical applications Fiore Technologies has developed a special vinyl ester coating. The vinyl ester coating is checked with holiday test and the thicknesses are certified.

A helpful treatment to prepare the steel surface to receive following finishing is the metallization by sprayed zinc. Sprayed zinc is advisable for tank and vessels exposed to weather conditions.

The automatic paint plant of Fiore Technologies handles silos and vessels up to 6600 mm height and 4000 mm diameter.
